CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Important Note for the Authors:
Authors should pay their registration fee by 31 August 2003 in order to be included in the final program.
Participant/Student fee includes:
Attendance of all conference sessions - Conference material - Book of Abstracts - Book of Selected Papers (Published by Elsevier in the series: Developments in Volcanology - expected April 2004) - Local transfer to/ from the conference center - Welcome reception (17 September) - Coffee and lunch breaks (18,19 September) - Conference dinner (19 September) - Full day geological excursion by boat with light lunch (20 September).
Accompanying persons fee includes:
Welcome reception (17 September) - Half day tour of Milos with lunch (18 September) - Conference dinner (19 September) - Full day geological excursion by boat with light lunch (20 September).
Payment should be made in advance of the Conference by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard, Visa). On site registrations will be paid in cash or by credit card.
Total refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of 15% of the total amount, provided that advanced written notification is submitted 17 days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 August 2003.
REGISTRATION ON MILOS
On-site registration will start from Wednesday, 17 September, at 14:00
The registration desk will be located at the entrance to the Milos Conference Center "George Eliopoulos".
Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received.
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for all delegates.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.
